The EF 35mm f/2.0 IS USM is another new lens from Canon to be released in December along with the Canon EF 24-70mm f/4.0 IS USM which we took a look at in yesterdays post.
The EF 35mm f/2 IS USM is very light (335grams) and is Canon’s first-ever 35mm prime lens to feature optical Image Stabilizer technology, which combines with high quality optics to offer outstanding performance perfect for use on any EOS digital camera.
With its advanced specifications and 35mm focal length, photographers will have a greater flexibility to shoot a wider range of subjects. The EF35mm f/2.0 IS USM will be popular with landscape, portrait and wedding photographers.
